Just wanted to let you know how much I love the pillows that you made for me! I have purchased three from you, and each time I needed something, you have gone way above and beyond the normal to give me great customer service. You're not happy until your customers are happy!!! I have to be honest that I started with buying the "MY PILLOW" two and a half years ago, thinking that it would be the best pillow yet. Boy was I wrong!!!! Now that I have your great pillows, I gave the "MY PILLOW" to the dog. Not only are your pillows so much better made, they are custom fit to each individual, and they cost a fraction of that other guys!
I purchased the synthetic down for the hypoallergenic factor, and also so that I could wash them whenever I wanted. I can't thank you enough for making such great pillows, and you couldn't be nicer folks!!

Now, let me tell you about your Heavenly down pillows. I have 12 pillows in the motel – use them almost every night in the motel rooms, they are in 3 rooms. I have to tell almost everyone not to take them home with them. People love them. We have had them for 1 year. They wash great and stay the way they are from being new. They are great. Thank you!

I'm letting you know about a farm accident I had that damaged my neck. I went to a doctor who wanted to perform minor surgery. I then proceeded with a chiropractor. For many months I had headaches when I got up in the mornings. Doug and Vanease Kraft of Kraft Pillow Service made me a 100% down pillow with a light fill. I'm a truck driver who has suffered sleeping in my bunk for several years. The mattress in my truck sleeper was very uncomfortable. Kraft Pillow Service made me a feather bed that is 6" deep that lays on top of my old mattress that is so comfortable to sleep on. I don't mind my nights on the road.
